How many of us find internal “meetings” best use of our time? Do you find that 30% of people (The same people) dominate your meeting? They do 90% of the talking and only listen to “reload”. Is it possible to simply manage your internal meetings so that everybody has an equal turn to and opportunity to contribute and participate to make a real difference, and generate quality solutions to issues or changes?

He was I have to say truly inspiring and had his finger firmly on the pulse.

In case you hadn't already noticed, we are getting a lot of encouragement to be more creative and innovative in our enterprises. This makes sense for the current Irish business environment. Productivity and Innovation are going to be the key opportunities of the future. While we can improve productivity - there may be some practical limits. Whereas our ability to be innovative is unlimited.
