Description: Exciting Association for Coaching Conference What can I say about a really challenging, inspiring, and thought provoking confrence. Whew! that would be the thought after the morning session in which both Sir John Whitmore and Richard Douthwaite raised the issue of global warming, climate change, sustainability, peak oil, etc. The questions they raised as to what the future may look like, and what is our individual roles raised some interesting discussions. The afternoon session with Mary Ann O'Brien, founder of Lily O'Brien's chocolate brand and the Jack and Jill Foundation spoke about leadership. And it was nicely rounder off by Nick Williams who spoke about the importance of coaching at this time. To find out more about the conference you will shortly be able to access podcaasts, participants outputs, and presentations from the website below http://www.associationforcoaching.com/Ireland/conference/home.htm |
