Worked with a client last week who was facing challenges with a new management role in a large organisation. A lot of the concerns were about communication and getting support from fellow managers - however the biggest insight was that self belief was critical and had to be rebuilt. Smooth sailing

Our sailing crew got the result from last two races of the summer season- we were delighted to get a couple of first places (after applying handicaps!). This was a huge improvement on first part of season when we were glad to finish the course within sight of the rest of the fleet! Great at the end of our first season crewing together.
