Ciaran initially qualified as an engineer and has over 25 years of experience working as a manager and leader within multinationals such as HP & Henkel/Loctite as well as several Irish businesses. His particular strength has been in developing people professionally & personally; creating innovative approaches to solving problems and maximising performance. Ciaran has a highly developed ability to relate to people and understand their world and create great insight and energy to ensure success. He has presented around the world, creating passion and enthusiasm with audiences.
